Pilates
I had never heard of Pilates until this year when my friends were talking about it. To me it sounded very similar to yoga but there is a difference. Yoga focuses on improving your flexibility whereas Pilates focuses on relaxing your tense muscles and providing strengthening of many muscles in the body. This subject is very new to me and something I may consider beginning. I will definitely let you know how I like it! I read this article on a woman’s first experience with Pilates. You can check it out by clicking here.
Overall, you do not have to have equipment to do exercise. It can be done at you own home. It doesn’t hurt to research and try something that you do not know much about. For all you know you may love it!
